Once Country-Pop star, Jessica Simpson finally put the fork down this morning and took a shot at ‘Melrose Place’ on her Twitter page. Younger sister, Ashlee Simpson was axed after Episode 12 of the show, pumping Jess full of bitterness.
Her Twitter page read:
“CW catching up on MP.who writes this crap? i have had bad scripts to work with,but this? thank God my sister is amazing and got you some press.”
Producer Todd Slavkin stated in an interview that the initial plan for the story was that Ashlee’s character, “Violet” was to “move on” after the murder mystery was resolved.
See Jess…now you can sleep peacefully at night. Unless…they really let her go cuz she couldn’t deliver on the performance end of it all…which is what I’m bettin’.
