Welcome back to American Idol. Well, at least one last time this year maybe! And no, I'm not trying to merely ride the hangovers to get some more visitors. I honestly feel that this years' Idol was not, probably as great as the previous ones, but were surely full of interesting moments. Moments that undoubtedly created ripples amongst the netizens. And I believe at the end of it all, I should take a brief walk down the memory lane and remember things that I'll carry on to the next season of the great reality talent hunt!
First of all, American Idol Season 6 created ripples with quite a few scandals. Starting off with the gorgeous Alaina Alexander, who made an early exit. She posed nude and it spread like a bonfire! Talking of nude Idol babes, I can't without mentioning Antonella Barba. Her nude and wild partying photos created much hullabaloo shooting up not only the TRP of the show, but also almost doubling up the visitors to all the blogs and websites which even mentioned her name. American Idol or not, she's surely become a star! What next? Playboy maybe...!
American Idol Season 6 could not have been without Sanjaya Malakar! His weird hairdo, strange singing and gush of enthusiasm almost made him the Idol. Well, I said almost!! He has probably raised more controversy than the babes who posed nude! I even came across a video where a young girl had declared hunger-strike until Sanjaya was voted out! Wow, thats what I call repulsive Idol!
The best part is, even a contestant who could not make it to the top 24 has been in news! Yes, I'm talking about Sanjaya's sexy sister, Shyamali Malakar! Her Hooter costume photos and some more where she poses only wearing a guitar has also helped Sanjaya score a few in the run, some people say! Well, all I can say is I surely liked watching her jumping up and down while she cheered for her brother.
And last but not the least, it's Jordin Sparks! What can I say about her...well, she is the American Idol 2007!!!
