Howard Stern, whose name appears as Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate, said that he was surely disappointed, but would support Birkhead in any legal custody fight.

The fate and custody of baby Dannielynn would be decided on court tomorrow (13th April, 2007). Dannielynn could inherit an estimated £240 million fortune from the estate of Anna Nicole's late oil tycoon husband J. Howard Marshall, depending on a forthcoming court ruling.
Anna Nicole had been fighting Marshall's family for his estate since his death in 1995 and the battle is yet to be resolved. Is this all for money, or the love of the girl?
